Cornbread Children is a hardcore rap duo from south Georgia. It consists of two members, Kanis Lu and G'Ribbs, who are actual blood brothers. They both got their start in hip hop around 2005, but did not put anything out until more recently. Their aggressive lyrical content mostly focuses on pain, struggles, drug abuse, violence, political and religious dogmas, and conspiracy theory. They are both producers and emcees which make their music completely form to their style. They just recently released the "Child Support" EP for their upcoming album "Child Support" and their first music video (written and directed by Andrew Welsh) for the track "Suicide Note". The full album is planned to be released sometime in 2012 and features production only from the brothers and MP2. It is also containing collaborations from artists, such as, Doap Nixon, Planetary, Vendetta Kingz, and Cyrus Malachi, and there is more to come as the album is still in the works.
